摘　　要：通过对石家庄热电厂“四 .二八”事故的剖析 ,指出了当前小区电网普遍存在的一些问题和要吸取的教训以及应采取的措施 ,强调了加快小区电网改造与建设的重要性和必要性 ,同时对改建过程中出现的一些技术问题提出了看法。Through in-depth analysis of April 28th, 2001, accident happened in the regional power system of Shijiazhuang Cogeneration Power Plant, it reveals that the regional power systems commonly exist some problems to be solved and the lessons to be drawn from the accident. The authors emphasized the importance and necessity to speed up renovation and construction of regional power system, and proposed some suggestions for the technical problems occurred in the renovation process.
