摘  要:本文详细介绍了五强溪电站转轮的材料特点及装配、焊接、热处理等的制造工艺 ,着重论述了异种钢转轮焊接时 ,焊接材料的选择和是否进行焊后的消除应力热处理。五强溪转轮的制造成功及其在运行中获得的宝贵经验 ,为今后类似的大型异种钢转轮的设计。In this paper, the manufacture technology about material characteristic, assembling and welding feature, heat treatment etc. for Wuqiangxi hydraulic turbine runner were described in detail. Pointed out emphatically the selection of welding material and applicability of post weld heat treatment for runner of heterogeneous steel. It is marks of gaining great success in manufacturing of large heterogeneous steel runner, and we also have accumulated a wealth of fabrication and service experience. All of these will lay more solid foundation to manufacturing and designing of similar large heterogeneous steel runner in future.
