摘  要:为矮化云南地方粳型高秆陆稻品种 ,选用矮秆籼型水陆稻与具有广亲和性的云南地方陆稻品种杂交 ,以探讨能否在矮化株高的同时解决籼粳杂交育性低的问题。本试验中 ,除紫米糯×三磅七十箩F1代株高表现为完全显性外 ,其余组合均为不完全显性。各籼粳稻亚种间杂交组合的株高遗传表现为多基因控制的数量遗传。粳稻三磅七十箩和 870 136 /小蜂谷 17虽然被认为具有广亲和基因 ,但它们对不同籼稻的杂交亲和性不同。三磅七十箩对UPLRi 5、CICA6、紫米糯有较好的亲和性 ,而对册亨紫晕糯 - 1的亲和性较差 ;780 136 /小蜂谷 - 17对矮仔占、Tos4 0 2 0的亲和性较差 ,而对Nduguri、矮黄糯有较好亲和性。试验结果表明在广亲和基因的参与下用矮籼矮化高秆陆粳的同时有希望选到高结实率的后代 ,通过此途径矮化云南高秆陆稻是可行的。根据已有研究 ,作者认为任何性状都受多个基因控制 ,而所能检测出的控制某一性状的基因数目则决定于试验材料间的遗传差异 。In order to dwarf traditional Japonica upland rice in Yunnan,crosses between local Japonica rice with wide compatibility gene and semidwarf Indica rice were conducted,the plant height and spikelet fertility in F 1,P 1 and P2 were investigated.The plant height of F1 generation showed incomplete dominance except one cross:Ziminuo × Sanbangqishiluo,which seemed to be a complete dominance.Inheritance of plant height in Indica Japonica hybridization demonstrated polygene controlling.780136/Xiaofenggu 17 and Sanbangqishiluo,which was thought as Japonica varieties with wide compatibility gene,have different affinity to different Indica rice in terms af seed setting rates.780136/Xiaofenggu 17 has good affinity to Up1 Ri 5,CICA6 and Ziminuo,but has bad affinity to Cehengziyunnuo 1.Sanbangqishiluo has good affinity to Nduguri and Aihuangnuo,but has bad affinity to Ai zi zhan,Tos4020.According to available study results,the present authors presume that all characters are controlled by polygene,but the number of genes controlling character that can be found through cross is determined by the genetic distance of experimental materials.The bigger is the genetic distance,the more is the genes that can be found through cross.
