摘 要:目的 探讨新生儿急性肾功能衰竭 (ARF)过程中血、尿表皮生长因子 (EGF)的变化及其意义。方法 采用放射免疫分析法 ,测定 17例对照组新生儿和 31例ARF新生儿少尿期、多尿期和恢复期血清和尿EGF水平。结果 肾衰组在少尿期和多尿期血清和尿EGF均显著下降 ,恢复期血清和尿EGF水平恢复至正常。肾衰组少尿期和恢复期尿EGF与同期尿素氮 (BUN)、血肌酐 (SCr)水平呈显著负相关。结论 在新生儿ARF过程中血、尿EGF呈先下降后上升变化趋势 。objective To investigate the changes of serum and urine epidermal growth factor (EGF) in neonates with acute renal failure (ARF).Methods The levels of serum and urine EGF were determined with radioimmunoassay in 31 neonates with ARF at the stages of oliguria polyuria and conralescence and 17 healthy controls.Results Compared to the controls,the EGF levels of serum and urine decreased significantly in ARF group at the stages of oliguria and polyuria,serum and urine EGF reurned to normal levels at the convalescence.There was significantly negative correlation between urine EGF and BUN or SCr in AFR group at the stage of oliguria and convalescence.Conclusion Serum and urine EGF in neonates with ARF showed a changing tendency from dropping at first to rising afterwards,it reflected the course of renal injury and recovery.
