肝泰宝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨肝泰宝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 :200例患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组150例 ,予肝泰宝胶囊口服 ,4片 ,每日3次 ,强力宁注射液60ml加入10%G.S250ml静滴 ,每天1次 ,疗程3月 ;对照组50例 ,除不服肝泰宝外 ,余同治疗组。对症状、体征、肝功能及HBV标志物变化进行观察、对照。结果 :治疗结束后两组对症状及体征均有一定的改善 ,而治疗组对缓解胁痛 ,改善肝脾肿大方面较对照组有显著差异 ,两组在总有效率及对HBeAg、HBV DNA阴转率方面的比较有显著差异。结论 :肝泰宝胶囊对慢性乙型肝炎具有缓解症状、改善体征及对提高HBeAg、HBVExplore the therapeutic effect of Gantaibao capsule in treating chronic hepatitis Ⅱ.Methods:200 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,150 cases in treatment group took orally Gantaibao capsule 4 tablets one time,3 times one day,and were dripped intravenously with Qianglinin injection 60ml added with 10% G.S 250ml one time each day,3 months for one course;50 cass in control group were treated as the treatment group except for the Gantaibao.At last the symptoms,signs,changes of liver function and HBV marks were observed and compared. Result: After treatnent,all the symptoms and signs were alleviated definitely,while on alleviating side pain and hepatosplenomegal,there's marked difference between the 2 groups,so were the total effective rate and the negative rate of HBeAg and HBV DNA.Conclusion:Gandtaibao capsule has good effect on chronic hepatitis Ⅱ in alleviating sympoms,improving signs and increasing negative rate of HBeAg and HBV DNA.
