摘　　要：邓小平的政治理论是一种制度理论,他的政治哲学也是一种制度哲学。邓小平理论的形成和发展过程经历了三个阶段,每一阶段的发展都有其发展的深层动力。这种动力就是当时的重大矛盾和问题。为了解决这些矛盾和问题,邓小平对中国制度弊端问题进行思考,形成了他对制度弊端问题的一系列论述。Deng Xiaoping theory is a system theory. His political philosophy is also a system philosophy. The forming and developing process of Deng Xiaoping theory have three phases, the development of each stage has its deep motivity. The motivity is significant contradictions and issues at that time. To solve these contraditions and issues, Deng Xiaoping must perpend the institutional malpractices in China. So a series of his treatises on system malpractice come into being.
