摘　　要：经对足底内、外侧神经及其主要分支的始部之径线、分布、血供,以及足底内、外侧神经和足底神经弓体表定位进行研究,发现在足底后外侧三角区无较大神经分布,可作为足底手术入路的首选部位。从而为行足底局部手术、麻醉,提供了形态学资料。The origin, diameters, branches, distribution and blood supply of medial and lateral planter nerves were investigated. We found there were not greater nerves in the posterlater- al triangle region of plantar. This region is the choice for operative approach into the planter. It provides morphological information for Local operation and anaesthesia of plantar.
