时滞测试能量函数的局限性分析和改进模型

摘　　要：针对时滞测试能量函数 ,分析了它在无冒险强健测试矢量生成时存在局限性和表达式较复杂的不足 .在此基础上建立了无冒险条件下的时滞测试能量函数 。The shortcomings of the energy functions for delay testing are discussed. That is, those energy functions are not suitible generating hazard-free robust test (HFRT) and the expressions of the energy functions are rather complex. On the basis of the discussion, new energy models for hazard-free delay testing are presented, which overcome the shortcomings of the energy functions for delay testing.
