摘　　要：采用动态硫化技术制备了性能优良的三元乙丙橡胶 /聚丙烯 (EPDM /PP)共混型热塑性弹性体 (TPE) .研究了配比、硫化体系及混炼工艺等对TPE的硫化程度。EPDM/PP TPE was prepared by dynamic vulcanization. The influence of rubber/plastic ratio, vulcanization system, mixing conditions on properties of EPDM/PP TPE was investigated. The result showed that the properties of this TPE was better at the ratio 70/30 of EPDM/PP; the comprehensive properties of the blend were the best at the content of S was 1.5%, and the content of TMTD was little influence of the properties of the blend. The rotation rate was a great of influence on the properties of this blend.
