摘　　要：为研究慢性肾功能不全患者血清中白细胞介素 6 (IL— 6 )、肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)的变化及与疾病发展的关系 ,采取放射免疫测定法 (RIA)检测 35例慢性肾功能不全患者血清IL— 6、TNF值 ,发现其IL— 6、TNF值明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) .慢性肾功能不全患者血清IL— 6、TNF值与CRE值呈正的直线相关关系 ,相关系数r =0 40 12、r =0 3895 .笔者将 35例患者非透析疗法治疗 30d .治疗后检测IL— 6、TNF、CRE值 ,并根据CRE的变化将 35例患者分为三组 (上升组、不变组、下降组 ) ,结果下降组治疗后IL— 6、TNF值较治疗前明显降低 (P <0 0 1) .不变组及上升组治疗后无明显变化 .上述资料表明 ,慢性肾功能不全患者血清中IL— 6、TNF值 ,明显升高 。In order to observer the change of IL-6?TNF in the serum of the patients and relation to disease.We check the IL-6?TNF of serum in 35 patients with RIA.The results are apparently higher than the healthy control group (p<0.01),The serum IL-6 and TNF levels of CRE patients have the positive linear correlation with creatinine the correlation cofficient r=0.401 2.r=0.369 5.30 patients are divided into three groups(rise?fix?fall).The change is unconspicuous in the rise group and fix group.The results of IL-6?TNF?CRE in post-treatment is obviously lower than before.The data above shows the level of serum of is obviously higher.
