测定病毒性肝炎患者循环免疫复合物的临床意义

摘　　要：采用低浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)沉淀法检测103例急性病毒性肝炎患者血清中免疫复合物。结果表明:HBsAg阳性,转氨酶正常患者,免疫复合物的阳性率为27％;HBsAg阴性,转氨酶升高患者的阳性率为11％;HBsAg阳性,转氨酶升高患者的阳性率为50％。Circulating immune complexes in 103 cases of acute virus hepatitis were de- tected with. the low concentration PEG assay. The .result suggested that the positive rate in cases of positive HBsAg and normal transaminase value was 27%; in cases of negative HBsAg and in- creased transminase value was 11% ; in cases of positive and increased transaminase value was 50%.
