摘　　要：目的　探讨环孢菌素A对HL 60、K5 62细胞增殖的影响。方法　应用四甲基偶氮唑蓝比色法 (MTT法 )观察环孢菌素A对HL 60、K5 62细胞增殖的抑制率 ,应用电镜进行凋亡的检测。结果　癌细胞在环孢菌素A作用下 ,细胞增殖被阻遏 ,并呈现时间剂量效应关系。同时发现环孢菌素A能诱导HL 60、K5 62细胞凋亡。结论　环孢菌素A可以通过诱导细胞凋亡而抑制HL 60和K5Objective To investigate the effects of cyclosporin A on the proliferation of HL?60 and K562 cells.Methods The inhibition rate of cyclosporin A on HL?60 and K562 cells was observed by MTT method.The cell apoptosis was assayed by electron microscopy.Results Cyclosporin A inhibited the proliferation of HL 60 and K562 cells,and it presented a time dose effect relationship.Cyclosporin A could also induce apoptosis of HL 60 and K562 cells.Conclusion Cyclosporin A might exert an antiproliferative effect on HL 60 and K562 cells via induction of apoptosis.
