摘  要:以TiCl4为前驱体 ,采用控制水解法 ,在常温下合成出平均粒径为 2 5nm的锐钛型纳米TiO2 ,并在不同温度下进行热处理 .利用XRD、BET、DRS、TEM等手段对纳米TiO2 进行了表征 ,以丙酮作为目标降解物 ,考察其气相光催化氧化性能。结果表明 ,常温下制备的纳米TiO2 具有明显的量子尺寸效应。经过 6 0 0℃热处理的样品活性最好。TiCl 4 was controllably hydrolyzed by water liberated by an esterification reaction. Anatase TiO 2 nanoparticles with an average size of 2.5 nm in an as-grown state were obtained at room temperature, which were calcined at different temperatures. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, BET, TEM and UV-Vis diffuse reflection techniques. Their gas-phase photocatalytic activities were tested using acetone as objective decomposition substance. As a result, the quantum-size effect is notable for the as-grown sample. The nanostructured TiO 2 particles calcined at 600 ℃ shows the highest catalytic activity among all concerned samples. An appropriate balance of crystallinity and specific surface area resulted in the highest reactivity of the sample calcined at 600 ℃.
