摘　　要：通过人工感染 ,获得具典型白斑综合症的病虾 ,取病虾的鳃和胃组织冰浴匀浆 ,通过 3次冷冻差速离心 ,获得大量较纯的病毒核衣壳 ,其大小为 (5 8～ 75 )nm× (36 0～ 42 0 )nm。White spot syndrome virus (WSSV) is a major mortal virus in shrimp culture. Since 1993 the virus was discovered in the cultured shrimp of the main land of China, the method of cell culture of this virus hasn't been found, and sample of the virus can only be purified from the infected shrimp.A simple and efficient method of isolation of the nucleocapsid of this virus was developed. By infecting the shrimp, removed the gill and stomach from the shrimps with white spot syndrome Homogenized the gill and stomach in an ice-bathed beaker, no density gradientcentrifugation or ultracentrifugation were needed, through only tree times of differential centrifugation,a lot of pure nucleocapsid was about 58～75 nm in width and 360～420 nm in length as observed by transmission electron microscope.
