摘 要:本工作主要针对预氧化聚碳硅烷 (PCS)纤维恒温热裂解过程进行了基础方面的研究 .探讨了预氧化聚碳硅烷纤维恒温热裂解反应动力学 ,提出预氧化聚碳硅烷纤维的恒温热裂解为一级反应过程 ,反应活化能为 2 9.3kJ/mol,动力学模型为α =αm{1-exp[-tAexp(-E/RT) ] }.The kinetics of the isothermal pyrolysis of cured polycarbosilane (PCS) fiber was studied fundamentally. It is found that the isothermal pyrolysis is first_order reaction, the active energy is 29.3 kJ/mol. The suggested dynamics model of the isothermal pyrolysis of the cured PCS fiber is α=α m{1-exp[- t·A ·exp(- E/RT )]}. The theoretical forecast and simulation of mass loss of the cured PCS fiber during the isothermal pyrolysis were conducted. The model and its parameters provide a useful means for the control of the weight loss and the optimization of the isothermal pyrolysis process.
