摘　　要：目的 :评估 17 β 雌二醇治疗更年期综合征的疗效。方法 :84例患有更年期综合征的妇女分 2组 ,试验组 33例 ,年龄 4 8a±s5a ,服用 17 β 雌二醇1mg ,po ,qd ,共 3个周期 ,对照组 5 1例 ,年龄 4 8a±5a ,服用共轭雌激素 0 .62 5mg ,ро ,qd ,共 3个周期 ,2组每周期d 15均加用醋酸甲羟孕酮 4mg ,ро ,qd× 14d ,更年期综合征以改良Kupperman评分评估 ,治疗前后检查血雌二醇、促卵泡激素。结果 :治疗 3个周期后 ,2组Kupperman评分分别下降87% ,80 % ,雌二醇上升至卵泡中期水平 ,促卵泡激素显著下降 ,2组比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :17 β 雌二醇治疗更年期综合征与共轭雌激素疗效相似。AIM:To evaluate the effect of 17 β estradiol(17 β E 2) on climacteric syndrome. METHODS:Eighty four women with climacteric syndrome were divided into two groups. Thirty three women(age 48 a± s 5 a) were treated for three periods with 17 β E 2 1 mg, ро ,qd,and fifty one women (age 48 a±5 a) were treated three periods with conjugated estrogen for 0.625 mg, ро ,qd. Two groups were given medroxyprogesterone acetate 4 mg, ро ,qd×14 d at d 15 every period. Climacteric syndrome were evaluated by Kupperman score. Serum levels of FSH, E 2 were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS:Kupperman score of two groups decreased 87 % and 80 % respectively.The serum level of E 2 increased and reached the level of middle follicular phase, while FSH decreased significantly. The results had no significantly difference between two groups( P >0.05). CONCLUSION:17 β E 2 has similar effect on relieving climcteric syndromes to conjugated estrogen.
