摘　　要：目的:通过服用甘露醇和番泻叶两种不同泻药作肠道准备;;对照它们的临床反应和泌尿系X线片子的质量;;评价它们的特点;;以获得较佳的KUB或和IVU肠道准备的药物。结论:甘露醇组的平均大便次数、排便时间和腹痛人次明显比番泻叶组少;;且不影响睡眠;;清晰度、积便积气率和X线片质量与番泻叶组比较;;有显著性差异。讨论:甘露醇法作为腹部X线拍片的肠道准备药物具有反应轻、片子质量高等特点;;应首选。OBJECTIVE: To contrast their clinical response and the quality of X ray sheet in urinary system and to evaluate their characteristic through taking either manicol or senna for bowel preparation, and to obtain the better drug of bowel preparation for KUB or/and IVU. CONCLUSIONS: Average number of times of stool, defecation time and person time with abdominal pain were distinctly fewer in manicol group than in senna group, and manicol did not affect sleep. There were also significant difference of acuity, the rate of accumulating stool and gas, and the quality of X ray sheet between the two groups. DISCUSSION: As a drug of bowel preparation for abdominal X ray, manicol possess the characteristic which has slight response and high quality of sheet, so it should be the first choice. Its usage should also be noticed.
