摘　　要：本文首先在文献 [5 ]给出的一组代表性多层住宅砖房的地震易损性曲线的基础上 ,对多层住宅砖房的抗震可靠度进行研究 ,然后通过基于造价 -期望地震损失的决策分析 ,求得所选 8度地区的最优设防烈度 ,并给出了与最优设防烈度相应的多层住宅砖房的抗震可靠度指标。Firstly, this paper studies the seismic reliability of multistory dwelling brick buildings on the basis of the seismic vulnerability curves of a set of representative multistory dwelling brick buildings given by reference . And then through the decision analysis based on cost-expected earthquake losses, the optimum design intensity for a given region of intensity Ⅷ is obtained and the corresponding seismic reliability index is given.
