摘　　要：首先简要介绍了SEMI标准和SECS标准以及Linux操作系统 ,然后叙述了Linux下串口通讯的特点和设置 。This paper introduces SEMI (Semiconductor Equipment and Material International) standards and describes SECS (Semi Equipment Communications) standards in details. Then we depict the characters and settings of communication with serial ports based on Linux operation system. At last we describe a example that is to communication between HOST with EQUIMENT used serial port based on SECS standard.
