减少4%Mn高铬白口铸铁残留奥氏体提高硬度的研究

摘  要:本文通过正交试验,找出4%Mn高铬白口铸铁先珠光体保温,再高温奥氏体化淬火的诸最佳工艺参数值。在此最佳热处理工艺条件下热处理,通过x射线法测得此时残留奥氏体含量仅为20%左右,硬度值也与高铬钼铸铁热处理后相当,从而达到了热处理的目的。Through orthognal test, some best hest treatment parameters of high chromium white cast iron with 4% manganese were found out, the heat treatment process was that the high temperature of austeni zation was reached after the temperature of peailite had been reached.After all of this process, residual austenite in the material was only 20% through X-ray test, the hardness of the material was nearly the same, as high chromium molylccium whitc cast ircn.Thcrefore, the purpose of heat treatment was reached.
