容积式流量计标定系统及标定精度分析

摘　　要：本文介绍一种流量标定系统并分析其精度。这个系统有一个称重油箱,它累计在一定的时间间隔内通过流量计油的重量,以使得到平均流量。这个过程可消除液压泵流量脉动的影响,从而提高标定精度。最后给出二个标定实例。This paper presents a calibration system and analyses its accuracy. The system has a weighing oil tank which integrates oil weight flowing through f lowmeter in certain time interval to obtain arerage flow rate. This prccess may eliminate effect of pulsation of the flow rate for hydraulic pumps to improve calibration accuracy. Finally, two calibration examples are given.
