摘　　要：双管反应器生产DAP在国内属新的尝试 ,介绍了 12 0kt/aDAP装置采用该技术的工艺流程、主要设备规格、试生产情况以及 72小时性能考核期间的产品质量 ,指出该工艺在试生产中出现的问题和改进措施 ,通过整改达到并超过了设计能力。因无合适的大扬程小流量硫酸泵 ,造粒机管式反应器中尚未实现加硫酸 ,以及洗涤液不平衡、液氨流量计计量误差大等是有待解决的问题。It is a new try to use double pipe reactor for DAP production in our country.It introduces the process and main equipment specification,trial production and the product quality during 72 hours performance test of 120 kt/a DAP plant with the technology and points out the problems occurred in the trial production and the improvement measures for the process.After the correction and revision the designed capacity has been reached.The problems shall be solved as the sulfuric acid is not added into the granulator pipe reactor for lack of sulfuric acid pump with high head and small flow,the unbalanced scrubbing liquid as well as the big error of liquid ammonia flow meter.
