摘  要:用EDTA作显色剂 ,通过光度法测定酸性镀铜液中硫酸铜的含量。研究了测量波长、缓冲液的用量和EDTA用量对测量结果的影响 ,讨论了干扰因素的影响及其消除方法。硫酸铜含量在 0~ 4mg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律 ,本方法简便、快捷 ,准确度和精密度高 。Copper sulfate in acid copper plating bath was determined by spectrophotometry with EDTA as chromogenic agent. The effect of measuring wave length, acidity, addition amount of buffer and EDTA on the measured results was studied, the disturbance of interfering factors and elimination there of were discussed. The relation between absorbance and concentration of copper sulfate follows beer's law provided that copper sulfate content is between 0~4 mg/mL, this method is simple, and has high accuracy and precision, which is applicable to determination of bulk samples.
