表面活性剂在芡实栲胶提取中作用的初步研究

摘　　要：研究了表面活性剂在芡实栲胶提取中的作用。试验条件为 :6 5 %的乙醇水溶液 ,原料呈粒度为 0 .3cm方块 ,浸提温度 6 0℃ ,浸出时间 2h ,乙醇水溶液中的水使用蒸馏水 ,加入适量的表面活性剂 ,浸提液呈中性 ,结果可得栲胶 9%The optimum conditions for extracting the vegetable tannin extract from pericarp of Semen euryales were:65%(volume percent)ethanol solution prepared with distilled water as extractant using distilled water, temperature 60℃, time 2h, pH=6 7, granularity 0.3 cm, join appropriate surfactant .The results show that the yield of tannins extract from pericarp of semen euryales is 9% 10%.
