摘　　要：平原水库堤坝基础渗流控制措施的选择应结合地质、地形条件以及渗透破坏危害程度等因素,根据功能性、可实施性、经济性等因素,合理选择防渗措施。本文以石佛寺水库一期工程为例,剖析了平原水库坝基渗流控制的有关问题。The control measures of dam foundation seepage flow in the plain reservoir must be selected in con-sideration of geographical and geological condition and harm degree of seepage damage and according to factors offunction, feasibility and economy. The paper analyses some questions concerning the seepage control of damfoundation in the plain reservoir taking the first project of Shifeshi reservoir as the example.
