摘  要:采用密度、元素分析、广角X射线衍射等多种测试分析方法对制备碳纤维的聚丙烯腈原丝纤维在连续预氧化过程中的物化行为进行了表征研究。实验结果表明,聚丙烯腈纤维的物化行为大致可分为三个区域。Ⅰ区,纤维主要表现为物理行为,即产生熵收缩;Ⅱ区,纤维内的预氧化反应迅速进行,逐渐形成梯形环化结构及鞘芯结构;Ⅲ区,纤维中的预氧化反应趋于缓和,逐渐达到稳定化。The physicochemics 1 behavior of PAN fibers during continuous preoxidative stabilization has been investigated by means of various techniques such as density analysis; element analysis and Wide-angle X-ray diffraction etc. The Physicochemical behavior of PAN fibers may be divided into three stages. In the initial stage, PAN fibers mairly exhibit physical behavior, that is, a tendancy to take place entropic shrinkage. During the second stage, preoxidative reactions rapidly occur within the fibers, leading to formation of cyclized and shealth-core structure. Finally, when the reactions tend to remit, the stabilization is gradually reached.
