摘　　要：综述了蚓激酶的近期临床应用进展 ,多用于心脑血管疾病 ;由于蚓激酶可改善血液流变学 ,降低血小板聚集率 ,故还可用于与血液流变学改变相关的疾病中 ,如美尼尔病。This paper reviewed the progress in the clinical application of lumbrokinase.It is generally used in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases because it can approve the indexes of hemorheology and decrease the rate of the platelet aggregation. Furthermore, it can be applied in the diseases related to hemorheology such as Miniere's disease, sudden deafness and so on.
