^(60)钴辐照对中成药灭菌效果的检测

摘　　要：为了解６０钴辐照对中成药的灭菌效果，对辐照前后中成药进行了细菌总数、霉菌总数检测。结果，经 ５～１０ｋＧｙ的６０钴γ射线辐照，除银甲片外，其它１５种中成药均符合药典规定标准。用６０钴γ射线辐照对中成药灭菌是值得推广的。In order to know the effcacy of 6oCo irradiation in sterilization of the proprietary Chinese drugs, the total bacterial count and total fungal count of the proprietary Chinese drugs before and after irradiation were measured. The results showed that after 5-l0 kGy 60Co γ-irradiation, except the Yin Jia Tablet, all the other 15 proprietary Chinese drugs met the standard specified in the pharmacopoeia. Sterilization of the proprietary Chinese drugs by 60Co γ-irradiation is worthy to be popuIarized.
