稳定性二氧化氯杀灭微生物效果的实验观察

摘　　要：为了解稳定性二氧化氯杀灭微生物效果，进行了悬液杀灭微生物试验。结果，含二氧化氯３０ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用５ ｍｉｎ，含 ３００ ｍｇ／Ｌ者对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 ５ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均大于９９．９０％。含二氧化氯１５００ ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液对ＨＢｓＡｇ作用 ２０ ｍｉｎ，可将其抗原性破坏。小牛血清对其杀菌效果有一定影响。In order to know the germicidal efficacy of stable chlorine dioxide, suspension germicidal test was carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 30 mg / L for 5 min and Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores exposed to the solution containing chlorine dioxide 300 mg/ L for 5 min were higher than 99.90%. The solution containing chlorine dioxide 1 500 mg / L with a 20 minute contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity. Calf serum had cer- tain influence on its germicidal efficacy.
