KX强化碱性戊二醛杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性的检测

摘　　要：ＫＸ强化碱性戊二醛是含强化戊二醛、碳酸氢钠、亚硝酸钠等成分的复方消毒剂。为了解其杀灭微生物效果与腐蚀性，进行了载体定量杀菌试验、金属腐蚀试验。结果，以其含戊二醛 ２０ ０００ ｍｇ／Ｌ原液对不锈钢片表面枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用３ｈ，含戊二醛８００ｍｇ／Ｌ稀溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用１０ｍｉｎ，杀灭率均为１００％；以其原液作用２０ｍｉｎ，可将不锈钢片表面ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性破坏。小牛血清对其杀菌效果影响不明显。其原液对铝腐蚀速率为 ０．００９２ｍｍ／ａ，对不锈钢、铜、碳钢腐蚀速率均＜０．００５０ｍｍ／ａ。未加碳酸氢钠、亚硝酸钠的该液存放于５４℃ １４ｄ，戊二醛含量下降率为２５％。该剂为对金属腐蚀性较小、二元存放较稳定的消毒剂。KX strong alkaline glutaraldehyde is a compound disinfectant containing ingredients such as strong glutaraldehyde, sodium bicarbonate, sodium nitrite, etc.. In order to know its germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness, carrier quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of both Bacillus subtilis var. nig- er spores on stainless steel coupon exposed to its stock solution containing glutaraldehyde 20 000 mg / L for 3 h and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to its dilute solution containing glutaraldehyde 800 mg/ L for 10 min were 100%. Its stock solution with a 20 minute contact time could destroy HBsAg antigenicity on stainless steel coupon. Calf serum had no obvious influence on its germicidal efficacy. Its stock solution caused 0.0092 mm/ a corrosion rate of aluminum and <0.0050 mm / a corrosion rates of stainless steel, copper and carbon steel. The glutaraldehyde content of the solution without adding sodium bicarbonate and sodium nitrite decreased by 2.5% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. This disinfectant is the disinfectant with slight metal corrosiveness and good stability during storing in binary packaging.
