临沂市托幼单位消毒工作质量调查  

SURVEY OF QUALITY OF DISINFECTION WORK IN NURSERIES AND KINDERGARTENS OF LINYI CITY

摘　　要：为了解临沂市托幼单位消毒工作质量，１９９７～２０００年对托幼单位室内空气用平板沉降采样，对人员手与物体表面用棉拭涂抹采样，作细菌检测。结果，室内空气细菌总数超标（＞５００ ｃｆｕ／ｍ３）率为９０．８％（３６７／４０４）。人员手与物体表面以细菌总数＜１０ｃｆｕ／ｃｍ２，并且不得检出致病菌与沙门菌为合格，在肥皂、流水洗手前、后合格率分别为１５．６％和８９．０％；以含有效氯５００ｍｇ／Ｌ溶液消毒前、后，物体表面合格率分别为１８．２％和９０．６％。说明加强对消毒工作管理与落实消毒制度的重要。In order to know the quality of disinfection work in nurseries and kindergartens of Linyi City, plate sedimentation sampling of indoor air and swab wipe sampling of worker's hands and surfaces of articles were carried out for bacteriological examination in nurseries and ki- ndergartens in 1997-2000. The results showed that 90.8% of indoor air samples (367 / 400) had total bacterial count exceeding the permissible limit (>500 cfu/m3). Using total bacterial count ≤ 10 cfu/cm2 and no pathogenic bacteria and Salmonella on worker's hand and article surface as the eligible standard, the eligible rates before and after washing hands with soap and running water were 15.6% and 89.0% respectively and the eligible rates of arti- cle surface before and after disinfection with the solution containing available chlorine 500 mg/L were 18.2% and 90.6% respectively, indicating that it is important to strengthen the control of disinfection work and to implement the disinfection regulations.
