摘　　要：着重介绍万兆以太网的核心技术及其在新领域中的应用由于以太网自身的优势,全球95％从上的局域网均采用以太网组网。面以太网技术也在不断的进步,万兆以太网更是突破了传统以太网的应用领域,已扩展到城域网甚至广域网中。Because of Ethernet's own advantage,over 95 percent of the local area networks deployed now using Ethernet. 10 gigabit ethernet has begun to move Ethernet from the realm of the local area network out to encompass the metro area network and even wide area network.This paper will put emphasis on the key technical standard of 10 gigabit Ethernet and it's application in new fields.
