摘　　要：脑器官库是进行神经科学研究的物质基础 ,是联系临床医生和神经科学家的重要纽带。其资料库的内容 ,即捐献者的生前因素 (年龄、性别、节律与季节变化、药物史和濒死状态 )和死后因素 (死后延搁时间及组织的固定和储存方式 )对实验结果所产生的影响 ,不仅在神经科学研究中具有重要作用 。Brain banks, which are material base of engaging in neuroscience research, are a vital link between clinicians and neuroscientists involved in neurobiological research. Their data banks, which contain donor's ante-mortem factors including age, sex, circadian and seasonal variation, medication and agonal state of the patient and post-mortem factors including the post mortem delay and procedures of fixing and storing tissue, not only have significant roles in the neuroscience research, but also give some valuable philosophic thinking for brain research.
