摘　　要：鹅膏菌是一类真菌的总称,其含有的肽类毒素,常引起人和动物中毒与死亡。概述了鹅膏菌肽类毒素种类、毒素作用机理、毒性及中毒症状等方面的研究进展,并阐述了其在新药物开发、生物防治及其它等方面的应用前景。Amanita was a general name of a kind of fungi, mainly containing peptide toxins, which often result in animal and hu- man intoxication and death. This paper provided an overview of kinds of peptide toxins of Amanita species, toxin mechanism of action, toxicity and poisoning symptoms, etc. And its application in the development of new drugs, biological control and other aspects were elaborated.
