摘 要:介绍一种基于温度传感器Pt1000的高精度量热仪的研究与设计。该量热仪改变了传统的通过上、下位机控制的方法,设计采用高性价比的CPLD器件ATF1508AS作为主控器件,设计主控卡和人机界面卡2部分,通过SPI通讯,在水温采集电路中采用Pt1000温度传感器,实现高精度的温度采集,而试验过程中,对于初期、主期以及末期的温度采集以及C值的算法均按照试验的要求设置。此外,试验过程中,确保试验环境温度基本恒定,减小环境温差带来的试验误差,量热仪经过瑞方法和国标法对热容量和发热量的测试,均符合国家标准。This paper introduces the research and design of a high precision calorimeter temperature sensor based on Pt1000.This calorimeter changed traditional method which through the upper and lower computer to control,and designed by CPLD device ATF1508AS with high performance as the main control device.The design was consisted of the main control card and the man-machine interface card two parts,through the SPI communication and by using Pt1000 temperature sensor in the temperature control circuit of data acquisition.During the test process,for the initial,main and terminal temperature acquisition and C algorithm were all set according to the test requirements.In addition,in the process of the test,we ensured the test environment temperature constant and decreased the test error caused by temperature difference.After the test of national standard method and the Rui of heat capacity and heat,the daracteristics of this calorimeter are in line with national standards.
