摘 要:介绍了LabVIEW在旋风预热器的输送提升管阻力研究试验中的具体应用。以旋风预热器的输送提升管为研究对象,按气固运动状态和输送管道的结构特征,将输送提升管道分为气固加速运动段-气固匀速运动段-弯管段。研究结果表明:各区域的阻力损失在不同操作参数下所占比例也不相同,空载态时弯管段的阻力损失最大,荷料时加速段的阻力损失在整个提升管的阻力损失中所占比例最大,超过60%,对提升管阻力损失起着决定性的作用。The paper introduced the specific application of LabVIEW on the test of pressure drop in the transfer-lifter pipe of Suspension Preheater.Based on the characteristics of gas-solid flow and structural characteristics of the transfer-lifter pipe,the pipe can be divided into three sections:section of solids accelerating upwards,section of solids uniformly moving and the lifter bend.The construction of the pressure drop of the lifter tube and the influences have been investigated.The results indicate that the press drop is different in different sections as the experiment conditions changes:at the state of non-loading,the press drop of the lifter bend takes the heaviest effect,while at the state of loading,most pressure drop (over 60%) exists in the acceleration section,taking a key effect on decreasing pressure drop in the heat-exchange pipe.
