摘 要:先采用动态水热法合成出了新型IM-5分子筛,后使用XRD,TEM,Raman光谱,NMR表征手段研究了IM-5分子筛的晶化过程及晶化机理。结果表明,在动态水热条件下,晶化7 d即可合成出形貌规整板条状高结晶度IM-5分子筛;将反应时间延长至9 d,晶化产物仍然为纯相IM-5分子筛。IM-5分子筛的晶化过程是先由硅源参与形成单聚态和二聚态硅物种,继而转变为ANA分子筛;然后体系中的二聚态硅物种减少,单聚态硅物种在双季铵盐模板剂作用下逐渐晶化为IM-5晶体,最终诱导初始生成的ANA分子筛转变为IM-5分子筛,这是硅物种与模板剂共同作用的结果。A novel zeolite IM -5 was synthesized by dynamic hydrothermal method. And the crystallization process and its mechanism were studied by X- ray diffraction, transmission electron microsco py,Raman spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic reso nance. The results showed that the high crystallinity IM - 5 zeolite with regular lath - like morphology was synthesized at dynamic hydrothermal condition for 7 days,and the pure IM -5 crystalline phase remained in the product when it was crystallized for 9 days. In the crystallization process of IM -5, the monomeric and dimeic silicon species formed firstlywith silicon source and then were transformed into ANA zeolite, with the decrease of dimeric species, the monomeric species was crystallized gradually in- to IM -5 crystals in the presence of biquaternary ammonium compound template, and finally the formed IM -5 crystals induced the initial ANA to transform into IM -5 zeolite,which was attributed to the joint action of silicon source and template.
