摘  要:中海石油中捷石化有限公司采用原料油高效雾化-提升管末端反应快速终止-高效汽提-再生器强化烧焦等集成技术,对80万t/a重油催化裂化装置进行扩能改造,使装置的处理量增大到110 ~120万t/a.改造后,总液体收率提高了0.56个百分点;与改造前相比,汽油质量大幅提升,含硫质量分数降低了34.8%,烯烃体积分数降低了7个百分点.An expansion revamping for a 0.8 Mt/a residue fluidized bed catalytic cracking(FCC) unit was performed by an integrated technology which in eluded a novel FCC process for maximizing iso paraffins, high efficiency oil atomization, rapid ter mination of cracking reaction at riser end, high ef ficiency steam stripping and coke combustion inten sification technologies. After the revamping, the trea ting capacity of the unit was expanded to 1.1-1.2 Mt/a, and the total liquid yield was increased by 0. 56 percent points. The gasoline quality was im proved significantly compared to that before the re vamping, the mass fraction of sulfur in gasoline was decreased by 34.8% , and the volume fraction of o lefin was decreased by 7 percent points.
