摘  要:为了确定涂硼正比计数管的最优性能参数,运用Diethorn公式,对4种不同设计的涂硼圆柱正比计数管的倍增系数、阴阳极尺寸、电场强度分布、气体压强和最小工作电压这些参数进行了研究。结果表明:电子倍增发生在阳极附近几十μm的范围内,阳极丝直径的减小可导致周围电场强度加大,最小工作电压随阴阳极直径增加而提升,充气压力的降低也会使倍增系数变大。确定涂硼正比计数管的最优设计方案为:阳极为半径6μm镀金钨丝、阴极为半径30 mm不锈钢合金、工作电压为1 000 V、填充气体为0.6×105Pa的95%Ar+5%CH4(P5)。In order to conform the optimal performance parameters of Boron -lined proportional counter , the pa-rameters of four different cylindrical Boron -lined proportional counters such as the multiplication factor , radii of both anode and cathode , distribution of electrical field , gas pressure and the lowest operational voltage are studied by the formula of Diethorn in this paper .The results show that the multiplication happens within severalμm from anode, the thinner anode can lead to stronger electrical field , the lowest operating voltage is added with the diameter of anode and the lower gas pressure can improve the multiplication factor .The optimum de-sign parameters of Boron -lined proportional counter are the following:radius 6μm gold-plated tungsten an-ode, radius 30mm stainless steel alloy cathode ,1000 V operating voltage , 95%Ar+5%CH4 ( P5) filling gas with pressure of 0.6 ×105 Pa.
