海洋功能区遥感监测方案设计

摘　　要：根据海域动态监视监测系统的应用需要,针对海洋功能区划的效力点和所用遥感资料的监测能力,确定了海洋功能区遥感监测要点,在此基础上,设计了涵盖资料、方法、流程和规则等的海洋功能区遥感监测方案。应用经验表明,该方案适用于对海洋功能区内开发利用活动的快速检测和对海洋功能区划实施情况的辅助分析。In the paper, the key monitoring objects of marine functional zone were listed based on relevance between efficacy points of marine functional zoning and detecting ability of current remote sensing data, and a full technical scheme for monitoring marine functional zone was also setup to fit application ned from Sea Area Dynamical Monitoring System, which provided brief frameworks about data, methods, procedures and identification rules. It was shown that the scheme was suitable for both rapid investigation of sea area use in zones and assistant analysis on marine functional zoning implementation.
