摘  要:针对电力专业实验开出难的问题,提出了一种基于易控组态软件与全虚拟PLC的开关站仿真实验系统的设计方案,给出了上位仿真界面和下位PLC程序设计步骤和通信方法,同时充分利用易控组态软件中的Web发布功能,实现了系统远程仿真的功能,延伸了系统应用的范围。该系统充分利用现有资源,实现了开关站实验的低成本化,打破了硬件设备对实验在时间和空间上的制约,将实验延伸到有PC机的任何地方。仿真实验结果表明,使用该系统进行开关站的仿真实验稳定、可行,而且让学生同时掌握了PLC和组态软件等新颖的知识,对培养综合性创新人才提供了良好的平台。Aiming at the difficulties of carrying out experiment of power major , a design plan of switch station simulation experiment system based on configuration software and full virtual PLC was introduced .Design steps and communication mode between upper interface and PLC program were proposed .By using Web application function in the INSPEC configuration software , remote simulation of the system was realized and the scope of system application was extended .The system made full use of the existing resources , realized the switch station experiment with excellent performance in application and low -cost in spending , broke hardware device constraints in the time and space and extended the experiment to any place where there is a PC .The simulation experiment results proved that the simulation experiment by using this system was stable and flexible and let students master new knowledge about configuration software and PLC , which provided a good platform for cultivating comprehensive and innovative talents .
