湿法炼锌循环经济产业链设计及指标

摘　　要：湿法炼锌属于高污染、高能耗行业之一。随着市场竞争日益激烈以及社会对资源节约和环境保护的重视,锌冶炼生产企业必须实现可持续发展,走出传统的"资源消费—产品—废物排放"的直线型经济增长模式。针对湿法炼锌工艺特点,运用循环经济的基本理论,利用主链、支链、延链和补链设计出针对湿法炼锌的循环经济产业链网,并以某10×104t锌冶炼企业为例,分析了该产业链网中的物流和能流,提出了湿法炼锌企业的循环经济产业链指标。Hydrometallurgy is one of high pollution, high energy consumption industries. With the increasingly fierce market competition and social importance of resource conservation and environmental protection, zinc smelting enterprises must achieve sustainable development, out of the traditional linear growth model of ＂resources-products-consumer waste discharge＂. For hydrometallurgy process characteristics and the use of the basic theory of circular economy, the use of the main chain, branched chain extension and complement chains devised for hydrometallurgy circular economy industrial chain network, an zinc smelting enterprise with 100,000 tons production capacity as a case to analyze the logistics chain and energy flow in the enterprise network. Finally, the circular economy industrial chain index of hydrometallurgy enterprises is given.
