摘 要:文章采用商业CFD软件Numeca分析技术,分析了不同相对叶高下汽轮机调节级喷嘴采用外端壁收缩后的气动性能和平直外端壁调节级的气动性能。计算结果表明:不同高度收缩比对调节级气动性有一定的影响,对本调节级最佳高度收缩比为0.35;外端壁子午收缩能够有效减小顶部二次流损失,但根部区域二次流损失有所增加;对于相对叶高较小的调节级,采用外端壁子午收缩后调节级效率有一定提升,并且相对叶高越小,调节级效率提升幅度越明显;而相对叶高大于1.0的调节级,采用外端壁子午收缩后调节级效率反而略有下降。With the help of commercial software Numeca, the performance of shrunk meridian surface for control stage with differ- ent relative blade height and no-shrunk endwall stage has been carried out. The result shows that the ratio of the shrunk meridian surface has an effect on the efficiency of control stage, the best ratio of meridian shrink is 0.35 for this stage. The shrunk meridian surface can reduce the secondary flow loss on the tip of the blade, but increase some on the hub area of the blade. For the control stage with small blade height rate, the shrunk meridian flow path has an obvious efficiency profit, and the lower blade height rate, the more obvious efficiency profit will be obtained. Furthermore, the efficiency contribution of the control stage will be a little de- crease by applying shrunk meridian path when the relative blade height is more than 1.0.
