人工流产术后口服避孕药妈富隆的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨人工流产术后口服避孕药妈富隆减少术后出血和促进子宫内膜修复的临床疗效观察。方法在我院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的人流病例中，随机抽取180例分为两组，对照组术后休息，给予抗炎和助宫缩治疗；实验组术后则在对照组的基础上，给予避孕药妈富隆口服，1片/ d，连续21 d，观察比较两组术后阴道流血和月经恢复情况。结果术后阴道流血在7 d 内干净：实验组82例（91.11％），对照组68例（75.55％）；25 d 内恢复月经：实验组78例（86.67％），对照组61例（67.78％），两组相比差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论人工流产术后口服妈富隆，可减少阴道流血，加快月经恢复正常，有利于术后康复，值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the contraceptive drug Marvelon in decreasing postoperative bleeding and promoting the endometrium regeneration after artificial abortion. Methods 180 cases were randomly selected from the cases of artificial abortion in the period from Jan. ,2012 to Jan. ,2013 and divided into 2 groups：experiment group and control group;all the patients took good rest and received the treatment for anti-infection and uterine contraction enhancement,while oral administration of Marvelon was added to patients in experiment group,1 tablet a day,and the course lasted for 21 days;an observation was made to postoperative vaginal bleeding and menstruation recovery in patients of the 2 groups and a comparative study was made. Results 82 cases in experiment group（91. 11% ）stopped vaginal bleeding 7 days after abortion,while 68 cases in control group（75. 55% ）;78 cases in experiment group（86. 67% ）had menstruation recovery 25 days after abortion,while 61 cases in control group（67. 78% ）;the difference between the 2 groups was of statistical significance（P ﹤ 0. 05）. Conclusions Oral administration of Marvelon after artificial abortion is of effect in decreasing vaginal bleeding and fastening menstruation recovery;it helps the postoperative recovery.
