对竞技太极拳竞赛难度动作改进的思考

摘　　要：研究目的:从理论层面上为推进竞技太极拳和传统太极拳的融合和共同发展提出更具合理化的建议,在实践层面为竞技武术的难度朝向更加合理的方向发展提供有益参考;研究方法:文献资料法、逻辑分析法、录像和数据统计法、专家访谈法;结论:武术竞赛规则应对竞技太极拳的持续发展提供导向性作用,对跳跃类难度进行限制和布局调整,对男女运动员所作难度要求进行区分,增加平衡性难度的链接分,严格演练水平扣分规定。Objective： from the perspective of Taijiquan and competitive for the integration of traditional Taiji and common development present more reasonable suggestions, hoping to make a little bit for corttrihution in practice level for the difficulty of the martial arts toward more reasonable in the direction of the development of the individual thinking a bit ask gong. Methods： the literature material law, logic analysis, video and data statistics, expert interviews. Resuits： the martial arts competition rules to deal with the continuous development of the competitive Taijiquan provide guidance function, to jump the difficulty of limits on the layout and adjustment, and to the men and women that athletes difficulty to request to distinguish, increase the difficulty of balance, and strict links points drill level possessed regulations.
