摘　　要：文章主要对海上油气田开发工程建设阶段和运营阶段可能发生的溢油事故进行风险识别,并对部分溢油事故做定量分析,对溢油事故产生的环境影响进行定性分析,进而针对井喷事故、平台储罐泄漏事故、海管/立管事故及船舶碰撞事故提出风险防范的措施。This articles mainly identified the risk of the oil spill accident occurred at the construction stage and operation stage of offshore oil and gas field development project.The quantitative analysis of the partial oil spill accidents and the qualitative analysis of its environmental impacts was carried out,and then the risk prevention measures for blowout,platform tank leakage,subsea pipeline/vertical pipeline and ship collision accidents were put forward.
