摘　　要：文章介绍了保证可见分光光度计在两次检定间隔期间准确性的两种期间核查方法:标准滤光片核查法和标准物质核查法,并对这两种方法进行了分析与效果的比较。结果表明:标准滤光片法结果准确,但费用高;标准物质核查法方便,但准确性低。This article analyses and compares the results of two methods of spectrophotometer's intermediate checks:the standard filter verification method and standard material check method which can guarantee the accuracies of two checks.The results showed that standard filter verification method was accuracy but expensive.However,standard material check method was convenient but with low accuracy.
