摘　　要：通过对风力发电技术领域在中国的专利申请类型、专利申请量、专利申请人、专利申请技术构成、法律状态等内容进行统计和分析,总结近年来风力发电技术的研究特点及研究热点,从而为我国相关企业和研究人员借鉴、吸收和超越现有专利技术成果提供帮助,为我国相关部门和企业制定科研规划和商业决策提供参考信息。Through the statistics and analysis of of the application types, Application numbers, applicants, technical composition,legal status fomchinese patents in the area of wind-power technology,this essay summarizes the characteristics and hot-spots of research in wind-power technologyduring recent years, which will not only support the researchers and enterprises in China for learning, absorbing and surpassing the existing patenttechnologies,but also provide the information and suggestions for the relevant departments and enterprises in formulatlng research plans and making business decisions.
