摘 要:为了探研水稻源库互作效应及其对籽粒发育的影响,以特大穗品系R1126和大粒品系(TDX)为供体,日本晴为遗传背景,构建一套不同库容近等基因系,并对近等基因系进行源库特性比较,结果表明,近等基因系间在农艺性状上除了对库容有影响千粒重、穗粒数、结实率外,其他性状差异均不显著,在形态标记上近等性比较理想。在具有相似的源情况下,库较大的品系籽粒发育时间较长。库容与成熟期穗干质量占全株干质量比相关显著,而与抽穗期穗干质量占全株干质量比相关性不大。In order to develop the effect of source-sink interactions of rice on their grain development, NILs in rice with different types of sink-potentials was developed by crossing between Rl126, TDX and NPB, the characteristics of NILs source-sink of rice were compared. The result showed that the agronomic traits had no differences among NILs except for grain weight, grain number per spike and seed setting rate, and their near isngenicity was fine on morphological marker. Under the similar source conditions, grain development of line with large sink potentials last long. Correlation analysis indicated that there were significant correlation between sink-potential and percentage of dry matter of panicle to dry weight in ripening stage, but not significant in heading stage.
