摘 要:本试验研究了137份西南麦区(含国内外)小麦品种(系)的穗发芽抗性差异,结果表明,供试材料穗发芽敏感性差异较大,平均发芽率(53.11±27.05)%,变异系数为50.94%,由K-均值聚类法共分为5类;地方品种抗穗发芽能力最强,人工合成小麦次之,育成品种(系)较差。筛选出了15份高抗穗发芽材料,其中小白花、黄县大粒为新筛选出的两份白粒高抗穗发芽地方品种。In this study, 137 domestic and introduced accessions were conducted with the goal of germplnsm screening for high pre-harvest sprouting resistance, and their differences were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in PHS resistance between these accessions, with the average germination rates of (53.11 ± 27.05) % and coefficient of variation of 50.94 %, moreover, these acces- sions could be divided into 5 clusters by the K-means cluster analysis. The landraces had the highest pre-harvest sprouting resistance as com- pared with the synthetic hexaploid wheat, and improved cultivars were worse. Among the selected 15 wheat accessions with high PHS resist- anoe, the landraces Xiaobaihua and Huangxiandali were white-grained wheat varieties.
